Arkobiotics® Adult Vitamins and Defences, from Laboratorios Arkopharma, offers a carefully selected range of lactic ferments from various strains. Highly dosed formula: the freeze-drying process guarantees a minimum intake of 10 billion selected cultures* per single dose at the time of expiry.

Arkobiotics® Vitamins and Defences, thanks to probiotics, has a beneficial effect during antibiotic intake, taking care of the intestinal flora. It is recommended to separate at least 2 hours the intake of Arkobiotics® Vitamins and Defences from antibiotics.

One of these two programmes is recommended every month:

For occasional use:

Intensive monthly programme: Take 1 vial a day with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, leaving a week's break in between.

For long-term use:

Monthly maintenance programme: Take 1 vial daily with breakfast for 1 week per month.

Place the "opener cap", which is included in the pack, on the cap of the unidosis and press it firmly with both thumbs. After feeling 2 "clicks", the contents of the unidose cap fall into the solution, causing a light veil of powder that guarantees the hermeticity of the bottles. Shake vigorously. Remove the "opener cap".

As a precautionary measure, before drinking, confirm that the aluminium foil remains attached to the unidosis cap.
