Minerals: iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc
Other ingredients: gelatin capsule (with glycerin and colouring agents: iron oxides and cupric chlorophyll complexes), beeswax (thickener), soya lecithin (emulsifier).
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water. Can be used continuously throughout pregnancy and lactation, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
