What is Valeriana Classic and what is it for?
It is a food supplement based on valerian root and excipients that stabilise the formula. Its main use is as a relaxant or calming agent for the nervous system. It helps to balance emotions, particularly those of anxiety, nervousness or stress.
Its soothing ability can help with sleep so that the body can rest properly without worry. It can also calm the mind and improve focus in stressful situations, such as public presentations or exams.
Who it is suitable for
Helps to relieve emotional imbalances in adults. Ideal for relaxing and calming the nervous system disturbed by stress, nerves or anguish.
Instructions for use
It is advisable to take during periods of the day or in the evening when rest or sleep is needed. The recommended dose is 2 to 6 tablets a day, which would give 400 to 1,200 mg of Valerian.
- In the case of stress, anxiety or nervousness that has been bothering you for several days, it is advisable to take 3 intakes of 2 dragees a day. This should be done over several days until the sensation is relieved.
- To promote sleep and rest during the night, it is advisable to take 2 tablets 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed.
- If the discomfort is temporary or recent, it is advisable to take 2 tablets when the first symptoms are felt. If not completely relieved, take another 2 coated tablets after a few hours.
Avoid exceeding the maximum dose of 6 tablets a day.
Contraindications
Do not use Valeriana Classic:
- In children under 12 years of age.
- Pregnant women.

Valeriana Classic contains: Valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis) 200mg, glazing agent (sucrose, talc), bulking agent (lactose), stabilisers (microcrystalline cellulose and polyvinylpyrrolidone), coating agent (acacia gum), colouring agent (titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, magnesium stearate), bulking agent (lactose), colouring agent (titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).(titanium dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), coating agent (shellac), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), glazing agent (polyethylene glycol 6000, carnauba wax and beeswax).
