Medibiotix Vagineel Balance Vaginal Gel, 30 ml

Vagineel Balance is a gel formulated with hyaluronic acid, which creates a protective barrier to promote the natural hydration of the vaginal mucosa, relieving dryness, burning and irritation. Its lactic acid content helps to restore the physiological pH, favouring the balance of the vaginal microbiota and reducing itching and odour associated with its alteration.

• Vaginitis and vaginosis: Common infections that alter the vaginal microbiota, raising the pH and causing symptoms such as itching, burning, inflammation and foul-smelling discharge.
• Vaginal atrophy or atrophic vaginitis: Decreased elasticity and turgidity of the vaginal mucosa, accompanied by dryness, inflammation and increased risk of infections.

Composition

Hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), lactic acid (0.5%), water, propanediol, polysorbate 20, hydroxyethylcellulose, 1,2-hexanediol, caprylyl glycol, glycogen, ferulic acid, resveratrol, disodium phosphate, polysorbate 60, tropolone, sodium carboxymethyl betaglucan, sodium phosphate.

Directions for use

• Vaginitis and vaginosis: Apply once daily until symptoms disappear, for a maximum of 6 days.
• Vaginal atrophy: Use 2-3 times a week for at least 2 weeks. Repeat if necessary or as medically indicated.

Precautions and Warnings

• Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse effects occur or if symptoms persist or worsen.
• Vaginal use only. Do not ingest.
• Do not use in case of injury to the vaginal mucosa.
• Do not use during menstruation.
• Once opened, use within 30 days.
• Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days without interrupting for 7-10 days before a new cycle.
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.
