The Story
What is it and what is it for?
Novalac Ar Plus is made from a mixture of carob fibre and tapioca starch, with the aim of providing a highly digestive food. This is because it is a product aimed at children who have stomach problems and require a specialised diet. It also has the proteins present in partially hydrolysed milk, in order to protect the child from developing allergic conditions such as dermatitis and asthma.
In addition, Novalac has added DHA and choline bitartrate, which contribute to the development of the baby's brain. It also contains vitamin K, which promotes the formation of the bacterial flora necessary for digestive functions, to strengthen the newborn's stomach. It also helps to optimise the formation of defences, as approximately 70 % of these are born in the stomach. This activity is also boosted by the presence of vitamin C.
It also contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which are involved in the formation of bones and teeth and are accompanied by B vitamins.
