• Vitamin D₃: 50 µg (2,000 IU), Amount recommended in pregnant women with deficient levels.

• Folic acid: 400 µg of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, a biologically active form with higher bioavailability than folic acid.

• Iron (Ferronyl®): 30 mg. Highly bioavailable iron, avoids adverse effects and has no metallic taste.

• Omega-3 fatty acids: DHA (250 mg) and EPA (35.71 mg) in natural triglyceride form for greater absorbability and bioavailability than synthetic derivatives. High concentration and no fishy taste or odour.
