Per capsule: Sea buckthorn oil (500 mg), Vitamin A (0.50 mg), Dry extract of Citrus Paradisi and Rosmarinus Officianilis (50mg), Polyphenols (17.5 mg) and Vitamin D3 (5ug).

Ingredients: sea buckthorn oil, capsule (fish gelatine), humectant (vegetable glycerine), water, colouring agent (iron oxide red), grapefruit and rosemary extract, thickener (beeswax), vitamin D3.
