Average contents per daily dose of: 6 tablets (4.3 g): hydrolysed collagen 3.6 g, magnesium 169 mg (45% NRV*). 9 tablets (6.5 g): hydrolysed collagen 5.4 g, magnesium 254 mg (68% NRV*).
